Established in 1999, SV Bricks is formerly known as ஸ்ரீ வெக்காளிஅம்மன் பிரிக்ஸ் a
manufacturer of superior quality bricks which was situated in Tanjore, Tamilnadu and
recently shifted to Palani, Tamil Nadu. We have been serving superior quality bricks for over
past decades.

Mr. K. S. Palanisamy, Chairman famed our product since 1999 with his wealth of
experience and embracing the latest technology and methodology to respond to our clients
ever growing needs.
Managing director
In addition to Chairman constant Efforts Mr. P. Sanjeeth – Managing Director is taking an
active part in the growth and evolution of SV BRICKS by maintaining the IS standards with
superior quality and actively engaging with the customer relationship.
What do we do?
Step 1
The raw materials are chosen with great expertise. At the stock point, 3 types of soil are blended at a ratio to yield the premium quality we are well known for.
Step 2
Soil is then loaded into the box feeder, where it is evenly distributed and regulated in controlled amounts to ensure a consistent flow .
Step 3
The soil goes through 2 crushers. This process ensures the stones in the soil are powdered to ensure a great finish for the bricks.
Step 4
The soil moves to the extruder, where everything is blended to bring the clay to the perfect consistency.
Step 5
The mixture leaves the extruder in long columns and is then cut using a hydraulic cutting machine.
Step 6
The long column bar is cut into pieces and loaded into a battery-operated vehicle for transport.
Step 7
The bricks are shade-dried for a period of 7 days before being moved to open space.
Step 8
Finally, they are moved to kiln chambers, where they undergo firing at controlled temperatures for 40-50 hours.
